Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The total value of real estate transactions carried out in Sharjah rose 20% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2017, according to a statement.
Real estate transactions are valued at AED 5.63 billion in Q1-17, compared to AED 4.7 million in Q1-16.
The total number of real estate transactions reached 1,351 in Q1-17.
The number of mortgage transactions stood at 757 in Q1-17, compared to 1,285 in Q1-16.
