Cairo - Mubasher: Sharm Dreams Company for Touristic Investment announced that the ordinary general meeting (OGM) canceled its previous decision concerning distributing cash dividends.
The company will distribute EGP 28.96 million in bonus shares at 1 for 18, according to a bourse filing.
Previously, the OGM approved on 21 May to distribute bonus shares worth EGP 26.5 to shareholders, and EGP 2.7 million to board members.
