Riyadh-Mubasher: Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. has appointed Ziyad Al-Rahma as chairman, starting from 13 March, the company said in a bourse statement.
Al-Rahma replaces Mahdi Al Sulaiman who submitted his resignation on 11 March due to other business commitments.
Al-Rahma’s appointment is subject to approval of the upcoming general meeting.
