Cairo – Mubasher: General Company for Ceramic and Porcelain Products registered a net profit of EGP12.6 million ($1.4 million) in the nine-month period ended 31 March 2016.
The company’s profit thus declined by 11.15% from EGP14.2 million ($1.6 million) for the year-ago period.
Revenues rose 18.79% year-over-year during the same period to EGP163.67 million from EGP137.77 million.
In the first six months of 2015/16, the company’s unaudited net profit after tax reached EGP10.2 million compared to EGP7.8 million for H1-14/15.
On Thursday, the stock stood at EGP3.75 by 11:24am Cairo time.
