Riyadh – Mubasher: Solidarity Saudi Takaful announced that it received on Sunday a request from Shire Company for Insurance Agency to cancel the marketing agreement as of 1 December.
Cancelling the deal will not have a negative impact on the company, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Solidarity announced earlier signing a non-exclusive agreement with the insurance company to market and sell its commercial and retail policies across the kingdom.
