Shuaa Capital’s losses deepen to AED 27.5m

Dubai-Mubasher: Shuaa Capital suffered higher losses worth AED 27.5 million ($7.49 million) in the first quarter of 2016 as compared to AED 1.6 million ($435,593) in the same quarter of 2015, the company said in a bourse statement.

Total revenues increased 3.2% to reach AED 45.5 million ($12.39 million) in Q1-16, compared to AED 44 million ($11.98 million) in Q1-15, the company said, adding that it reported a growth in both income from interests and net income from fees and commissions.
