Dubai – Mubasher: Shuaa Capital has sold around 2.78 million treasury shares, representing 0.11% of the issued share capital.
The average execution price is valued at AED 0.683 per share, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday.
The number of remaining shares, which will be sold as per the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), reached 15.978 million.
The transaction is executed through the company's broker International Securities.
