Dubai – Mubasher: Shuaa Capital has sold 8.75 million treasury shares, accounting for 0.35% of the total issued share capital.
The average sale price of the transaction, executed through International Securities, is valued at AED 0.69 per share, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The number of remaining shares to be sold is 19.39 million.
It is noteworthy to mention that the company's board proposed a cash dividend distribution of 3 fils per share, aggregating at a total amount of AED 76 million.
