Mubasher: Shuaa Capital has reduced its stake in Bahrain-based Khaleeji Commercial Bank to stand at 13.9%, according to a bourse statement issue don Thursday.
The bank has executed two selling transactions on Shuaa’s stake, with a total of about 972,030 shares at a value of nearly BHD 118,600; 122 fils per share.
It is noteworthy that the UAE firm Shuaa on Wednesday shrank its stake to become 14% of Khaleeji Commercial’s equity.
