Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) will manage their real estate portfolio across Sharjah with Yardi Voyager 7S, a browser-independent and mobile-enabled software, according to a statement.
Shurooq also adopted Yardi Commercial LeasingPad that shortens commercial leasing cycles by combining contact and prospect management with portfolio health analytics.
The company will also use Yardi Advanced Maintenance to utilise mobile ready functionality and enhance facilities management.
