Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt's minister of petroleum, Tareq el Molla said on Tuesday that it commissioned Osama Mahdy to act as the new Chairman and managing director of Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals.
Mahdy will come to succeed current Chairman Ahmed Ahmed Helimy that will reach the retirement age on 25 January 2016.
Sidi Kerir said earlier, it targets net profits of EGP 921 million in 2016, against EGP 944 million in the estimated budget of 2015, down by 2.5%.
