Cairo – Mubasher: Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals will hold ordinary general meeting on 30 March.
The shareholders meeting will discuss the distribution of dividends payout of EGP 1.25 per share.
The company’s board proposed earlier, the distribution of dividends amounts to EGP 656.2 million for 2015.
The petrochemicals producer distributed dividends of EGP 1.56 per share in 2014.
Sidi Kerir saw net profits of EGP 842 million in 2015, down from EGP 997 million in the previous year.
