Cairo – Mubasher: Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals said Monday that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 5 April to discuss distributing cash dividends of EGP 1.4 per share for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM will also discuss the financial results of FY16, according to a bourse filing.
