Cairo - Mubasher: Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Company (Sidpec) plans to disburse 226.80 million bonus shares at a nominal value of EGP 2 per share, according to a bourse disclosure.
This followed the company’s EGP 453.60 million capital increase to EGP 2.26 billion from EGP 1.81 billion, which was announced in October.
Meanwhile, the distribution date of these bonus shares is scheduled for 12 January 2026.
The shareholders will receive 0.25 bonus shares for each original share held before the increase.
