Cairo – Mubasher: Sinai Cement said Sunday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved to freeze cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM also adopted the board and auditor’s reports on the year ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
