Cairo – Mubasher: Sinai Cement said Wednesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 23 March to discuss a proposal by the board to freeze dividends for 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The company suffered losses worth EGP 8.38 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016.
The stock stood at EGP 20.93 at Tuesday’s close.
