Riyadh – Mubasher: Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) is now at the final negotiation stage to sign a partnership agreement with Linde PLC for the supply of industrial gases to meet growing demand from the refining and chemical industries in Saudi Arabia.
The two parties agreed to renew the term sheet until 31 December 2020, according to a stock exchange statement on Thursday.
On 26 April, Sipchem and Linde extended the initial terms until the end of the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.
