Riyadh - Mubasher: Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) named Khalid A. Al Zamil as the board’s Chairman for the next four years.
The board members also appointed Fahad S. Al Rajhi as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
The two officials took over their roles for a new board session that began on 9 December 2025 and is scheduled to end on 9 December 2029.
Last September, Abdullah Saif Al Saadoon resigned from his position as the company’s CEO, while Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Rushoud took over as the new CEO on 1 November 2025.
