Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) resumed operations on Wednesday at its International Methanol Co. (IMC) after maintenance in some key parts of the unit since 29 October.
The turnaround aimed to improve efficiency and reliability of the facility and achieve future operating plans, the company said in a bourse statement.
The halt is expected to result in a negative financial impact of SAR 45 million, which will be reflected on Q4-15 financials.
