Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Sahara International Petrochemical Co (Sipchem) approved to distribute SAR 439.99 million worth of cash dividends for the first half of 2019.
Sipchem will distribute 6% of the capital or SAR 0.6 per share as dividends, the company said in a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
The distributions shall be due to the equityholders registered by the end of the trading session of Wednesday, 2 October 2019, and those registered on the second trading day following the maturity date.
The company will announce the distribution mechanism and the bank’s name in due course.
