Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a decree to approve a credit facility agreement between Egyptian National Railways (ENR) and Canada’s Export Development Canada (EDC), the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Thursday.
Signed on 12 December 2019, the agreement includes a loan worth EUR 226 million.
