Dubai - Mubasher: Nakheel has tasked 6 Dubai-based, Emirati-led companies with overseeing the design and construction supervision to help deliver its new AED 7.5 billion Jebel Ali Gardens community, the company said on Saturday in a press release.
The project consists of 42 towers that will house 40,000 people in nearly 10,000 apartments. A construction tender will be released in Q1 2017, with anticipated completion in Q1 2020, the statement added.
The companies are, MEECON, Golden Square Engineering, Arif &Bintoak, Design Center Architects and Engineers Consultants, Bel-Yoahah, and Eng. Adnan Saffarini Office.
