Cairo – Mubasher: Skywalk Developments has launched its first project in 6th of October City with investments of more than EGP 8 billion.
Spanning over about 280,000 square metres, the new project will be established in partnership with a number of Arab and foreign investors, the company’s president, Khaled Rasekh, said in a statement on Sunday.
The new development features administrative, residential, and serviced units near the Grand Egyptian Museum, Giza Plateau, and Sphinx International Airport.
