Dubai-Mubahser: Sobha Group has launched AED 4 billion Hartland Gardenia Villas on Dubai Water Canal in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
The project is the second phase of Sobha Hartland Villas, according to a statement by Sobha.
Sobha Hartland project is situated on 4 million square feet with 2.4 million square meter green spaces, which account for 30% of the residential city, according to Emirates News Agency (WAM).
Hartland Gardenia adds 6.4 kilometer to Dubai’s waterfront, and provide 80,000 square meters of public places and facilities.
