Developer Sobha Group has unveiled new land plots for investors within Sobha Hartland.
To meet the interest generated from the inauguration of the Dubai Water Canal, this new scheme allows buyers to build apartment buildings in the area in Dubai.
Sobha Hartland is an integrated freehold community on the Dubai Water Canal and in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Approximately 14,400m2 is reserved for eight or 12-floor apartment buildings which consist of about 130-200 units.
As part of Sobha Hartland, these plots are part of a 74.3ha community that comprises freehold studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, duplexes, townhouses, and four, five, and six bedroom villas.
The community is surrounded by 22.3ha of greenery – 30% of the entire community.
Sobha Hartland also boasts a selection of amenities such as schools, nurseries, healthcare facilities, swimming pools, tennis courts, yoga centres, gyms, playgrounds, and parks just a stroll away.
PNC Menon, founder and chairman, Sobha Group, said: “We are delighted to introduce this new scheme which will enable people to invest in their own piece of premium residential land right in the heart of the city.
“By investing in a plot, it gives an investor the advantage to build and invest in their own 12 floor apartments and benefit from maximum profit.”
