Cairo – Mubasher: Sohag governorate will have 42 new schools in the coming academic term 2019/2020, governor of Sohag Ahmed El-Ansary said in a statement on Tuesday.
At a total cost of EGP 531.5 million, the new schools are expected to accommodate up to 24,000 students.
El-Ansary stressed on the importance of providing all schools with all the required facilities, including electricity, water, and wastewater services.
In addition, 126 schools have been totally repaired at a combined cost of EGP 65.37 million.
