Riyadh – Mubasher: Solidarity Saudi Takaful has signed a non-exclusive marketing agreement with Wattad Insurance Company to market and sell commercial and individual insurance policies across Saudi Arabia.
The agreement’s term will start from 9 July 2019 to 8 July 2022, according to a bourse statement released on Tuesday.
The Tadawul-listed company expected that the deal would have a positive impact on its financial statements.
The value of the transaction was not revealed.
