Riyadh – Mubasher: Solidarity Saudi Takaful submitted a request to the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) to reduce its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company will announce any other future updates in this regard.
Solidarity’s board recommended earlier to reduce the capital by 55% from SAR 555 million to SAR 250 million.
