Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of Solidarity Takaful has appointed Jerais AlJeraisy as managing director, the insurer said in a bourse statement Tuesday.
The Tadawul-listed insurer earlier posted earnings of SAR 8.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2015.
The stock rose 0.42% to SAR 7.25 on Monday.
