Riyadh-Mubasher: Southern Province Cement Co. recommended cash dividends for H2-15 at 35% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 3.5 a share, totalling SAR 490 million.
The dividend eligibility is for shareholders of record on the general meeting date.
The dates of meeting and payment will be announced later.
The company recorded net earnings of SAR 298 million in Q4-15, rising 22% compared with SAR 245 million in the year-ago period.
