Riyadh – Mubasher: Southern Province Cement Company’s board of directors has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2019.
The recommended dividends stand at SAR 2.25 per share, or 22.5% of the share’s par value, at a total value of SAR 315 million, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The number of eligible shares stands at 140 million shares.
