Riyadh- Mubasher: The board of directors of Southern Province Cement gave a nod to distribute dividends of SAR 2.5 per share at total value of SAR 350 million, representing 25% of the stocks par value.
The company said the shareholders of record till 25 July would be entitled to the dividends distribution, while the distribution will take place through the fourth quarter of 2016.
The cement producer is capitalized at SAR 1.4 billion, distributed across 140 million shares at SAR 10 par value each.
