Riyadh – Mubasher: The board members of Southern Province Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 35 million to the shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2025.
The company will pay SAR 0.25 per share to 140 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
Eligibility and payment dates for the dividends will be 31 December 2025 and 14 January 2026, respectively.
At the end of June 2025, Southern Province Cement logged net profits valued at SAR 42 million and revenue of SAR 415 million.
