Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s State Council is expected to approve the amendments of the capital market law soon, a source close to the matter told Mubasher.
The amendments aim to control the transactions of forthcoming August to avoid any risks that might result from the tendency of one party or related parties to control stakes of the Egyptian Exchange activities.
Last May, Egypt’s cabinet sent the amendment draft of the capital market law to the Ministry of Investment after reviewing it.
