Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt-based Style Home Real Estate will launch its first residential complex in New Cairo with EGP 800 million in investment.
The new project, spanning 33,000 square metres, will include an administrative and social complex and a shopping mall, chairman of Style Home Hussain Daoud said in a statement.
The residential complex will be located near New Cairo’s main hubs, mainly El Teseen Street, Fifth Settlement “El Tagammoa El Khames” and the American University in Cairo’s (AUC) headquarter, he highlighted.
Booking will start within the coming months after implementing the project’s infrastructure, Daoud noted.
