Mubasher: Bank Dhofar set the subscription for the rights Issue from 5 to 19 October, according to a bourse statement.
The rights trading period will begin from 2 to 16 October, while the record date for the rights issue will be on 27 September.
As on the record date, holders of every 1000 shares will be entitled to be offered 117 rights shares rounded down to the nearest number.
