Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The shareholders of Sudatel Telecom Group approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on 27 June, to distribute 4% of the company’s capital as bonus shares for fiscal year 2018.
Sudatel, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), will distribute 4-for-100 shares to the entitled shareholders as a bonus for FY18, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
