Cairo – Mubasher: The Suez Canal’s revenues have increased 11.5% in the fiscal year 2017/2018, which has not yet ended, compared to the previous fiscal year.
Revenues of ships passing through the Suez Canal amounted to $5.585 billion during the fiscal year 2017/2018, a rise from $5.008 billion in the year-ago period, according to a statement by the Suez Canal Authority (SCA).
On Saturday, the SCA stated that the Suez Canal’s revenues had risen by $503 million in May.
