Cairo – Mubasher: Mohab Mamish, Chairman of Suez Canal Authority (SCA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore's container terminal operator PSA International.
The MoU is for the study of managing and operating the new container terminal in East Port Said zone, as part of preparations for the actual implementation of the Suez Canal Development project.
The MoU signing came as a positive outcome of the latest tour by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in East Asian countries of China, Indonesia and Singapore, during which discussed means of bilateral cooperation between Egypt and those countries.
