Cairo – Mubasher: Suez Customs issued customs clearance for 1,445 passenger cars and trucks at a combined value of EGP 260.310 million in July, the Ministry of Finance said in a statement on Tuesday.
The authority collected EGP 103.093 million in taxes, customs duties, and other charges for issuing the clearance during the month.
The state-run body collected EGP 101.528 million in total taxes, customs duties, and other charges for 1,433 passenger cars at a total of EGP 257.124 million as well as EGP 1.564 million for 12 trucks at a total value of EGP 3.186 million.
