Cairo - Mubasher: Centamin announced on Monday that the production of Sukari gold mine grew by 41% in the third quarter of 2016 compared to the same quarter in 2015, and by 6% compared to the last quarter.
The mine produced 148,670 ounces in Q3-16, compared to arounf 105,400 ounces on Q2-15, the gold miner which is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) said in a press release.
Gold reserves in the Sukari gold mine total 15.5 million ounces, which makes it one of the biggest in the world.
