Kuwait – Mubasher: Sultan Center Food announced an increase in its net profit for the second quarter and the first half of the fiscal year 2016.
Q2 net profit rose 25% year-over-year to KWD 655,150 ($2.17 million) from KWD 525,130 ($1.73 million).
H1 net profit jumped 15% year-over-year to KWD 1.1 million from KWD 950,360.
The company attributed higher profits to an increase in pre-prevision operating profits as well as the sale of fixed assets.
