Dubai – Mubasher: UAE’s Sweid & Sweid and Singapore’s Banyan Tree have officially launched sales for the Middle East’s first Banyan Tree Residence in Dubai, according to a company statement released on Wednesday.
The development will comprise 244 residences over 32 storeys – including one, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments – along with duplex apartments with private outdoor gardens, and three full-floor penthouses, Sweid & Sweid revealed.
“Our unique offering adds a new dimension to luxury residential developments in Dubai with an abundance of resort-style amenities, presenting a unique opportunity for prospective buyers,” Banyan Tree Holding’s chairman Ho Kwon Ping commented.
“It has been an incredible journey to get to this stage and we are extremely proud to officially launch the sales suite for this development,” Sweid & Sweid’s managing partner Maher Sweid said.
