Riyadh – Mubasher: Swicorp announced the distribution of SAR 50.74 million in cash dividends to Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund unitholders for 2019.
The number of eligible units stands at 118 million units, with SAR 0.43 to be distributed per unit, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The eligibility of dividends will be for unitholders the end of the trading day on 26 April, registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday 28 April.
Dividends represent 4.30% of the unit's initial price and 4.41% of the net assets value.
