Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Energy Co. (TAQA) said, in a bourse filing to Abu Dhabi bourse on Sunday it has not reached yet a final agreement on selling its share in Lakefield wind power plant in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
The company added that it announced a plan to divest the stake in financial statements for the third quarter of 2015.
The giant energy producer earlier logged AED 581 million ($158.2 million) net loss for the first nine months of 2015, against AED 620 million ($168.8 million) net profit for the same period a year ago.
