Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Thursday in the green after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 9.63 points, or 0.11%, reaching 8,642.96 points.
By 10:30 am Saudi time, TASI’s traded volume reached 11.04 million shares exchanged through 13,400 transactions at a turnover of SAR 328.7 million.
The materials and banking sectors grew 0.41%, and 0.05%, respectively.
On the other hand, the utilities sector shed 0.73%, while the telecommunication services sector lost 0.17%.
Wafrah for Industry and Development’s stock led gainers with 3.2%, while Red Sea International Co’s led losers with 1.65%.
Meanhwhile, the joint index between Tadawul and MSCI, MT30 index, rose 2.83 points, or 0.22%, to 1,278.13 points, while Nomu, the main index of the Nomu secondary market, remainded stable at 3,201.47 points.
