TASI, Nomu close Sunday in green

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended Sunday 0.4% or 29.85 points higher reaching 7,403.02 points.

TASI’s trading volume stood at 131.3 million shares, through 83,400 shares exchanged, generating SAR 2.8 billion.

The utilities, transportation, banks, and materials sectors went up 1.4%, 1.3%, 0.77%, and 0.48%, respectively.

On the other hand, the telecommunication services sector decreased 1.86%.

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading’s stock led TASI's losers with 3.5%, closing at SAR 49.2 after 2.3 million shares were exchanged at a value of SAR 117 million during its first trading session.

Al Jazira Takaful Taawuni Co’s stock surged 9.88% to SAR 31.8, and Sabb Takaful’s stock increased 7.65% to SAR 30.35 with a turnover of SAR 70.9 million.

In the meantime, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market (NOMU) levelled up 0.87% or 29.6 points to reach 3,422.2 points.

NOMU’s traded volume reached 64,200 with a liquidity of SAR 1.7 million.
