TASI, Nomu level up at Sunday close

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Sunday in the green zone after increasing 0.12% or 8.7 points reaching 7,094.28 points.

The Tadawul All Share Index’s (TASI) trading volume dropped to 108.58 million shares on Sunday against 127.74 million shares on Thursday, while traded value fell to SAR 2.4 billion ($641 million) from SAR 2.84 billion ($756.27 million).

The media sector rose 3.25% and the banks sector went up 0.17%.

On the flipside, the consumer services, telecommunication services, and materials sectors decreased 1.13%, 0.17%, and 0.03%, respectively.

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co’s stock levelled up 9.95% to SAR 44.55, whereas Herfy Food Services Co’s stock tumbled 3.44% to 51.70.

Al Inma Bank’s stock led in terms of trading volume after 24 million shares were exchanged, generating SAR 389.5 million.

Meanwhile, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market (NOMU) grew 0.12% or 4.5 points to reach 3,673.81 points.
