Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) decreased 0.09% or 6.42 points reaching 7,257.33 points in Thursday’s early trades.
By 10:46 am KSA time, the Tadawul All Share Index’s (TASI) trading volume reached 33.06 million shares, through 17,910 transactions, at a value of SAR 645.92 million.
The media sector fell 0.6%, followed by the capital goods sector with 0.4%, utilities with 0.35%, telecommunication services with 0.2%, materials with 0.17%, and banks with 0.12%.
On the other hand, the food and beverages sector, pharmaceuticals, and real estate management and development sectors increased 0.67%, 0.6%, and 0.2%, respectively.
Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance’s (Medgulf) stock led TASI’s losers with 1.9%, whereas Malath Cooperative Insurance Company’s was the best performer with a rise of 2.3%.
Meanwhile, the main index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market went down 0.36% or 12.66 points to reach 3,505.74 points.
Baazeem Trading and Abo Moati for Bookstores stocks declined 1.2% and 4.1%, respectively.
