TASI, Nomu start Sunday in red

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) retreated 0.26% or 17.74 points to reach 6,936.56 points in Sunday’s early trades.

By 10:35 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume amounted to 24.55 million shares, through 11,600 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 351 million.

The real estate management and development, banks, materials, and telecommunication services sectors decreased 0.79%, 0.4%, 0.21%, and 0.16%, respectively.

On the other hand, diversified financial sector rose 1.3%, and food and staples retailing sector went up 1.1%.

Saudi Industrial Export Company’s (SIEC) stock slid 9.95% to reach SAR 19.74, whereas the stock of Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Group (Medgulf) grew 6.42%, reaching SAR 33.

Meanwhile, the benchmark of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU tumbled 0.79% or 23.38 points, reaching 2,949.69 points.

Baazeem Trading’s stock fell 5.88% to SAR 22.90, whereas Abo Moati for Bookstores’ stock gained 4.17% to reach SAR 11.
